1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Decoliora (hereinafter referred to as "we") allows order cancellations under specific circumstances:

  • If your order has not been shipped within 48 hours of placing it, you can cancel the order directly.

  • If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In such cases, you can contact us for a return and refund once the product has been delivered. 

2. Order Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel your order, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, payment proof, and other relevant information to request cancellation.

  • Our customer service team will process your request promptly. If the cancellation is approved, we will notify you immediately and arrange for the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, VISA, etc.).

  • Refund Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of the bank, we expect the refund to be credited within 10 to 15 business days. If you have not received the refund by then, please contact us, and we will assist you in following up.
