1. Delivery Area
Decoliora (hereinafter referred to as "we") currently provides delivery services only within Australia and does not support deliveries to other countries.
2. Shipping Fee Description
Free shipping is provided for orders of 130 AUD or more.
For orders under 130 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.
3. Order Cutoff Time
Our order processing times follow Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT).
Business hours are from 10:00 to 18:00. Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same day; orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the following business day.
If a public holiday occurs, order processing will be delayed until the next business day.
4. Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, we typically require 1 to 3 business days to process the order.
5. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 9 business days.
