Decoliora (hereinafter referred to as "we") allows returns and exchanges within 45 days of receiving the product.

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

- Product has an odor, significant color difference, etc.

- No-reason return or exchange
3. Return Process
- Please contact us via email or phone to request a return, providing the following information: order number, payment proof, reason for return/exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
- Our customer service team will process your request immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact details and provide the return address.
- Please carefully pack the product, including all accessories, materials, and the return label from the original packaging, and send it to the return address we provide.
- You will need to return the product to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
- Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to confirm it matches the reported issue. If everything is in order, we will promptly arrange a refund. For more information on refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
4. Exchange Process
- Please contact us via email or phone to request an exchange, providing the following information: order number, payment proof, reason for return/exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
- Our customer service team will process your request immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact details and provide the return address.
- Please pack the product, including all accessories, materials, and return label, in the original packaging and send it to the designated address.
- You will need to return the product to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
- Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to confirm it matches the reported issue. If everything is in order, we will ship a replacement product to your address within 1-3 business days.
5. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original payment (such as American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, VISA, etc.).
- Refund Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different card institutions, we expect the refund to be processed within 10-15 business days. If you have not received the refund after this time, please contact us for assistance.
6. Fee Rules
- Return shipping costs for product appearance issues, product quality issues, odor, significant color difference, incorrect items, etc., will be covered by us.
- Return shipping costs for no-reason returns or exchanges will be borne by you.
